friendly, cute hosts, their family portrait in the form of a caricature emphasizes a friendly, light atmosphere. view of the neighborhood and lake is superior to what was seen in the advertising photos. Well-groomed, rather large territory, cheerful dogs, birds singing. Beautiful restaurant. closest shop is on the same area as the hotel entrance (if you can call it an area), next one is left on the slide, then right, third one is down on the quay. last two are bigger, you'd better go to the supermarket.
My room was on the first floor. The repair was started from the top, so I got a badly worn bathroom with a strange shower tray, combined with a bidet, with the design of which I have never managed to cope (bidet, not shower). In the room on the 2nd floor, where my daughter settled, the equipment of the bathroom is very modern.

It's a private family hotel. Beautiful lake view. The hotel has almost all the windows overlooking the lake, but there's a side view and a straight view. The rooms with direct lake view have very small balconies. Rooms with side views have good full balconies. We had room 203, it had a full lake view balcony, and two windows with a direct lake view. The room is clean, cozy. The hotel has a restaurant that was awarded a Michelin Award in 2018. We confirm the experts' opinion and recommend a visit. Breakfast is served in this restaurant. A wide range of breakfast dishes to suit all tastes, from yogurt and cereal to eggs, parma and melon... Own parking lot. Small pool with beautiful lake view.
There was no air conditioning. We were out of season, so we didn't feel it very much, we think it would be badly missed during the season.

The Staff were incredibly nice. I arrived late in the night and they provided me with food despite the late hour. Over the entire stay they were very accommodating.

A relaxing spa experience in a charming olive grove with a view of the beautiful lake. The service is available for small groups, perfect for a cozy gathering. The restaurant offers a delightful mix of local and international cuisine. The hotel creates a cozy atmosphere with attention to detail.
Oh, I just loved staring at that fabulous hedge outside my room. What a view!

The staff was fantastically helpful. I chose this location to see The Floating Piers on Lake Iseo, and it was quiet, comfortable, and a great value. The breakfast was ample, the delicious local salumi were varied and a great way to try many. The view of the lake was panoramic, the food in the restaurant gave me great options of local specialties at a good value. The room was large and comfortable, great wifi all over the property was wonderful for keeping in touch with the world. The staff helped print my train ticket, give me directions for a faster route back to Milan, and went well above the norm in being helpful and friendly.
There were no shortcomings, when there were weddings in the restaurant the guests were accommodated in the first area with great service and dinner. Weddings? Yes 2 in my 4 nights there - great venue if you are looking to hold a large event.

The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food to choose from. The staff was friendly, and requests were handled quickly. Appreciated the location, it was gorgeous and incredible just next door to near Lake Garda, other ports and the Island, and of course the restaurant-. Furthermore, especially in the restaurant where the food is of a very high quality.

Nothing apart from the view
The bed was hard, the rooms small The breakfast was the worst I have ever had, the place had a dirty sleazy feel I would not recommend

We couldn't believe our luck when we arrived at this hotel. The location, situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful lake, was breathtaking. The view from our room's small balcony was absolutely stunning, and we spent hours just taking in the scenery. The newly renovated rooms were clean and had everything we needed, although they were a bit small for two people. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast provided a good start to the day.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

View from balcony was very good, staff helpful and pleasant. Very peaceful and quiet. Would have used pool but not this time of year! Parking available unless 50+ Harley Davison motor bikes arrive for lunch and next day 200 for communion lunch made parking problematic.
Odours on balcony and into room (if doors open!) due to close proximity of kitchen extractor outlet. Strange position of toilet left approx. 10-15cm leg room. As genius member no welcome drink offered or provided. TV channels available at cost. Please don't offer 'free' Wi-Fi if the signal is intermittent and poor signal strength when available! Either improve it or don't offer it!
